4. Payment Terms

KH Trucking LLC acts as an intermediary (freight broker) and is not liable for carrier-related delays, damages, or losses.
All claims for cargo loss or damage must be directed to the carrier.
b. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions.
c. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
KH Trucking LLC does not guarantee the availability or timeliness of carriers.
d. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KH Trucking LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
a. Cancellation Policy

10. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to:
FMCSA regulations.
U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Any other applicable international, state, or local laws.
11. Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
b. Arbitration
